We have one of the largest Global Service and Sales organizations among precision instrument companies. We are seeking a Contract Administrator in Columbus, OH.|
The Contract Administrator is responsible for managing customer contracts and pricing agreements in the Astea business system, as well as entering new contracts and coordinating contract changes and renewal efforts with field service leaders. The Contract Administrator will be assigned to a geographic region and will have full responsibility for contract management for the customers within that region. This includes pricing renewals, PM maintenance, equipment changes and various other tasks. The Contract Administrator is also responsible for conducting ongoing sales and marketing initiatives, including the creation of sales and service leads.
Interface with internal and external customers to provide information about contracts and pricing agreements.
Establish new contracts in the Astea business system in accordance with new or revised commercial relationships.
Work closely with field personnel to help with the establishment or revision of contracts.
Initiate and execute the contract renewal process.
Enter customer contract-related information into the Astea business system accurately.
Establish PM schedules in the Astea system in accordance with customers requirements.
Identify contract problems and breakdowns in the system and make corrections.
Research and analyze special projects as assigned.
Monthly processing of prepaid contract billings.
Review customer contract documents and process through MT legal workflow.
|Qualifications:||EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE |
Associate's degree (Business or Communications); or two to three years of customer service, accounting/finance or invoicing experience. SAP knowledge/experience preferred.
