Description:METTLER TOLEDO is the global leader in providing vehicle Weigh in Motion systems (WIM) targeted to the state Departments of Transportation for weight enforcement purposes throughout the US.
The primary role of the Project Leader is to organize and direct the installation of the Weigh in Motion projects as assigned. This individual will responsible for being the point person in the planning, execution and completion of projects according to defined customer and company requirements. An in-depth knowledge of civil construction and engineering is required. Other responsibilities include tracking and reporting project progress, managing on-site resources (internal and external personnel and material), meeting project schedules, and communicating to project stakeholders as required.
•Assist with developing project scope, goals and deliverables that support the overall project objectives
•Assist the sales team in identifying capable resources to properly execute Mettler Toledo’s project scope of work, and to optimize the project profitability and execution
•Review and understand project specifications
•Set and continually manage project expectations with team members and other stakeholders
•Identify and manage project dependencies and critical path
•Track project milestones and deliverables
•Work with other MT departments to coordinate service installations, warranties, shipments and other related elements of overall project
•Ability to identify when additional resource are required and work with the Project Manager to schedule
•Develop and grow business relationships vital to the success of the project
•Work with Project Administrator to submit project submittal documents

Qualifications:Minimum of Bachelor’s Degree in field of Engineering, business, or Technology required.
A minimum of 3 years of project leadership, ideally in the construction or related industry. Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented, collaborative environment, strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
